| We currently accept all major insurance plans. Your co-payment is due at each visit. We accept MasterCard or Visa, debit cards, checks, and cash. Please bring a copy of your insurance card with you to each visit. Dr. Bush is not accepting any new patients with Medicaid, Peachcare, Peachstate, or Wellcare insurance, primary or secondary.
